Solar panels can cool your home

LoveEnergy

International sources have revealed installing solar panels on your rooftop can do more than just power your home, it can also cool it.

A United States research team has reportedly found that ceilings in buldings with solar panels are staying on average 2.8 degrees celcius cooler than those without panels.

The study discovered that solar panels act as an insullator on the roof, providing an extra barrier against the sun during the day and also keeping heat in at night.
