Wind to shape Queensland energy

Queensland has long been the solar state, but it could now also be set to take the lead in wind energy.
The Camden Advertiser reports that five major wind farm projects are now being planned for the state, which according to Queensland Energy Minister Stephen Robertson could produce up 1500megawatts of renewable energy if they all go ahead.
The largest project, which is scheduled to be the 750MW Kennedy Wind Farm near Hugheden in North Queensland, would comfortably surpass Australia's current largest at Lake Bonney in South Australia.
Queensland is also currently leading the way in solar energy; if you live in the sunshine state you can enjoy some of the best incentives and benefits anywhere in the country right now.
Love Energy proudly opened in Queensland this week, and is now supplying Brisbane with top quality solar PV systems.
