The great thing about Love Energy is that it's a great team environment from top to bottom. Everyone chips in to give the customer exactly what they need.

Firstly it's the information. You need to know what solar is all about and what the benefits are, and that was made very clear from the start, as well as how it would work for us and what it would do for us. That has lived up to the expectations we had.

So the information was right, and then we found out about the products they use; the best panels you can possibly get anywhere in the world, which means straight away it's ticking boxes.

The price was great, and then when it happened, I tell you what, you couldn't get a better arrangement. They were there when they said they would be there, the panels went up and in no time, and the connection came within a couple of days. Then we were on the grid, putting power back in, and making money. It was fantastic.

You check the metre every day and there it is, 448kWh going back into the grid and you think "there goes the next bill, that's going to tear that in half".
