Trevor is the owner of Adelite, a small family business, with teams emphasis on old fashioned values of reliability, respect & hard work whilst achieving personal job satisfaction. With a wealth of electrical experience and over 25 years in the Electrical & Solar trade, Trevor is able to solve any existing electrical problem to aid an efficient & stress free Solar installation. Accredited with Design & Installation with the clean Energy Council, Adelite is committed to providing the optimal solution in Solar power generation systems.

Ciaram Granger

Ciaram Granger is the business owner of Rhythm Solar and Electrical. He has been installing grid-connect solar systems since 2008. Ciaram holds Clean Energy Council Solar Accreditations for both installation and design. As both a business owner and a previous employee, Ciaram has completed over 750 solar installations. The Rhythm Solar and Electrical crew has experience in a wide range of solar systems and system mounting/installation applications, and are always focused on meeting and exceeding the installation standards required by the system suppliers and vendors they support.

Ryan Maschotta

Ryan Maschotta established family-owned business RTC Electrical Systems three years ago in Adelaide, and has grown it into a workforce of over 35 employees. He began by doing small scale work from his home, but the company has rapidly expanded and grown to specialise in large electrical work and solar installations. Before starting his own business Ryan worked as a Chef and Electrician, but now with RTC he is Installer Accredited and Design accredited in solar. Ryan and RTC Electrical’s aim is to provide high quality solar installations in an efficient, friendly manner whilst being on time and to budget.

Kym Tregloan

Installer

Kym Tregloan began working with RTC Electrical Systems in November 2010, and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. Kym has an extensive background through working as a Project Manager, Branch Manager, State Manager and Business Owner at a range of electrical-based companies, and holds a Master of Business Administration and Marketing Associate Diploma. As the company continued to grow he was hand picked as the new Business Manager to assist Director Ryan Maschotta, and has played a large role in RTC’s advancement into solar and the rapid growth of the company.
