Richard Mintz

Managing Director

Richard is the founding Director of Love Energy (Aust) Pty Ltd. He is a co-founder and Director of Two Hands Wines, arguably the most successful wine business in Australia over the last decade. Before his involvement in Two Hands Wines, Richard was CEO of a barrel cooperage that experienced amazing sales and profitability under his guidance.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Adelaide, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, has an MBA from The University of Adelaide and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Richard is also Deputy Chairman of the Board of St Andrews School, and is a volunteer fire fighter with the CFS.

Kristian Livolsi

Chief Operating Officer

Kristian is the Chief Operating Officer of Love Energy (Aust) Pty Ltd. He is a hard working and enthusiastic leader who loves pleasing people. He has a strong background in customer service, sales and marketing and has been rewarded with several state, national and international awards for his efforts. Notably he has been the recipient of the Australian Young Achiever of the Year, Australian Customer Service Industry Award for Best New Business, Net Guide Best New Website in Australia and HDG International Consultant of the Year.

Kristian is an entrepreneur at his core, who has focused his career in the service industry and meeting people’s needs. He has had the privilege of serving on 6 state and national boards and chairing two Federal Government committees. He currently is a board member for the Short Films Festival of Australia, Autism SA committee, an SA committee member of the Australian Solar Energy Society and is part of a mentoring program for VET, school leavers and underprivileged youth.

Brian Devey

National Business Services & People Manager

Brian has spent over 25 years at executive management level in general management and human resources and is a seasoned and highly respected practitioner who has made a substantial contribution to the state and federal human resource and industrial relations landscape in Australia. Brian is a highly energised and committed individual who brings a wealth of general management knowledge and experience to the Love Energy team.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of South Australia and a Graduate Diploma in OH&S, and is a member of several professional bodies including a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Brian sits on a number of commercial and community boards and has presented papers as an entertaining keynote speaker at general management, human resource and industrial relations seminars and conferences around Australia.

Jim Manning

Systems Manager

Jim has been working in client centric service industries for over 40 years, specialising in designing computer based administrative systems in Banking, Insurance, Education, Safety and Customer Service. Jim was a founding Joint Managing Director of National Credit Insurance (Brokers) Pty Ltd that grew to be the largest Credit Insurance Brokerage in Australia and New Zealand, employing 150 staff. He retired from NCI when QBE acquired the business in December 2005. Jim has a wealth of experience in establishing customer service systems and managing the rapid growth of Love Energy.

Sophie Mintz

Sophie has been closely involved in the development of the business since its inception. She holds a BA from the University of South Australia. Sophie’s responsibilities reach across many areas including fleet management as well as property and asset management. Her main priority however remains the training and development of the future Shareholders and Directors of the business.

Paul Prince

National Operations Manager

Paul has over 30 years experience working and managing a wide variety of businesses within the building, foundry and engineering industries. Paul was formerly Managing Director of BIA Pty Ltd, which produced a range of products for the civil, building, transport, agricultural and mining industries. Projects of significance included the supply of 200 special purpose street lights for the Anzac Day Parade in Canberra and the supply of architectural and streetscape products for the Sydney 2000 Olympics. Paul currently holds a solar installation builders supervisors licence, accredited solar design licence, accredited solar installer licence, electrical contractors licence and is a Member of the Master Builders Association.

Karl Tubbert

Technical Manager

Karl arrived from Dublin, Ireland 4 years ago and brought his passion and experience to Love Energy. Karl is a licensed electrician, with qualifications in PV install and design, standalone install and design, electronics, programmable controllers and advanced electrical system design and install, auto cad drafting and front line management. Nothing is too technical for Karl, and that is the way we love it.

Steven Moyes

State Manager SA

Steve brings to Love Energy a wealth of experience in Sales Team and Account Management. Gained primarily through roles within the Wholesale Liquor Industry, Steve’s focus’ have always been the delivery of customer service and the building of capability within the organizations he has worked. A Bachelor degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of SA gives Steve a great theoretical background to support his sales and managerial experience. Steve took the opportunity to follow his passion for environmental sustainability when he joined Love Energy this year. His ambition is to drive a culture of outstanding customer service and a solution based approach to the meeting of all customers’ needs that sets Love Energy apart from its competitors.

Michael Harrison

State Manager QLD

Michael has a long and distinguished background in the Hospitality industry. As a young Chef, his passion quickly turned towards restaurant service and specialisation in wine where he could combine the two. This passion resulted in awards from Gourmet Traveller magazine and Restaurant and Catering Associations for his work as a Sommelier. A Bachelor degree in Wine Marketing took him down the path of forming his own wine wholesale, distribution and sales and marketing business in South Australia. Michael holds excellent  sales, marketing and service skills, and his demanding standards in quality ensure the Queensland office is in good hands.

Eric Eden 

State Manager WA

Eric has over 25 years experience within the residential housing sector and commercial markets nationally. He has represented numerous international companies in senior and general management roles. Eric is also an interior designer and has worked with various international manufacturers to develop new product designs that incorporate energy efficiency on both existing and new technologies. Eric also has heavy industry experience and before starting with Love Energy Eric was a Sales Manager within the petroleum industry. Witnessing dirty energy has made Eric a passionate and strong advocator for the need of clean energy. Eric brings vast experience to the Love Energy team. His sales and marketing skills are only out weighed by his ethical standards of delivering high valued customer service.  

 

Anna Cardone

PA to Managing Director

After graduating at Prides Business College, Anna started her career with SGIC with a total commitment of 10 years to the company, advancing through Accounts to being the secretary to the Manager of Investments. Anna then took a different direction and started her own practice called Heath Touch as a Massage Therapist. Anna then moved into the wine industry working as PA to the Co Founder of Two Hands Wines Richard Mintz. Anna’s passion and commitment in supporting and helping people is now being fully utilised in the dynamic and exciting business that is Love Energy.
